Do you pick my final hire?

No. We will do all the legwork for you, and narrow the candidates down to 3 viable candidates for you to consider for further interviews. Once you conduct your interviews, we will meet to discuss your candidate choice and work together to draft their offer and onboarding documents.

What happens if my new hire doesn't work out?

We work with you to find the best candidate for your role, but sometimes the inevitable happens and your new hire isn’t a good fit for your team. We will check in with you at the 30, 60, and 90 to check in with you on your new hire. Should there be a concern we will either review the candidates the were previously vetted, or offer you a discounted rate on a new search. Options will be discussed during a meeting to review candidate offboarding and concerns.
